Expression of Interest (EOI) – Provision of website design, branding and development 

 The Central Bank of Solomon Islands (CBSI) hereby invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced firms or individuals for the provision of website design, branding, and development services.

CBSI intends to develop a new official website to replace the existing website. The new website will serve as a modern, responsive, user-friendly, and secure digital platform aligned with the Bank’s broader digital transformation and communication objectives, positioning the Bank as an innovative, transparent, and service-oriented institution in the digital era.

As define on the Terms of Reference, the scope of the engagement will include, but is not limited to:

  • Design and branding of a modern, secure, responsive website.
  • Development using modern web technologies.
  • Implementation of a secure Content Management System (CMS)
  • Mobile and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Migration of existing website content to the new website.
  • Implementation of industry-standard web development security best practices.
  • Testing, deployment, and go-live support
  • Provide Training for CBSI website administrators and content editors on the CMS.
  • Provide post-go-live support for the agreed period.

Interested parties must demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in designing and upgrading corporate or Government websites.
  • Expertise in a secure CMS platform.
  • Strong background in secure web development.

EOI submissions should include:

  • A company or individual profile
  • Summary of relevant experience and qualifications, and similar projects.
  • Summary of technical capability with CMS expertise.
  • Provide at least two references of similar projects

All EOIs must be submitted no later than 9th March 2026 to:
