The Central Bank of Solomon Islands is seeking to recruit a suitable and qualified person for the position of Digital Financial Services and Innovation specialist within the Financial Systems Development Department.
The potential candidate must have essential minimum experience and qualification below.
Essential Qualification
- A Bachelor Degree in Business Information System, Finance, Economics.
Essential Experience
- Required but not mandatory
- Innovative
- Initiative-driven, collaborative
Responsibility
- Coordinate and administer the Digital Finance Working Group (DFWG).
- Coordinate and conduct On-Site Visits to DFS stakeholders including E-money Issuers & Fintech companies.
- Administration of potential Fintech Companies enquired or admitted through the Innovation Hub/Space and/or Regulatory Sandbox.
- Assist with implementation of projects and/or pilot projects relating to DFS and Innovation.
- Make available relevant disaggregated data & key information on Digital Financial Services and Innovation.
- Consider Women Financial Inclusion in all NFIS DFS & Innovation activities undertaken aligning to National Women’s Financial Inclusion Policy (NWFIP) 2022 – 2026.
